30 Day Online Return / Exchange Policy
Here at MPG, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with a REGULAR PRICED item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice (or as permitted under the exceptions indicated below). We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account for the price of the item being returned only. Shipping charges incurred at the time the original order was placed will not be refunded.
If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a REGULAR PRICED product, MPG will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you. Please note that quantities and available colors of products are limited to the available inventory. In addition, EXCHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE ON PRODUCTS OF THE SAME STYLE NAME/SKU. If you would like to exchange for a different item, a refund will be made for the initial returned item, and a new order must be placed and processed.
To Return Or Exchange Merchandise By Mail, Please Do The Following:
- Click on this link to download and print out our Return & Exchange Form (PDF)
- Carefully fill in the details of your order on the form.
- Using the original packaging (if possible), package the items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
- Include the invoice (or copy of) that was originally shipped with your order.
- Mail the package to the Canada Returns address located at the bottom of this page.
Please note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be accepted at the online or retail stores, unless the item is defective.

Affiliated Retailer purchases: Returns or exchanges from other affiliated retail stores carrying MPG product will not be accepted at mpgsport.com. This is at the sole discretion of the retailer.
In The Exception That You Receive Damaged/Defective Product:
MPG will examine the returned item(s) upon receipt, contact you directly, and only then determine if a refund for shipping charges (on returned items only) will be issued. For any further inquiries regarding returning or exchanging an MPG item, please contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
MPG reserves the right to change or discontinue a discount, discount card, sale or promotion at any time, without prior notice. We do not honour discounts after a limited time sale or promotion has expired. If you have received notification of a sale or promotion, please carefully check the date of expiry. Furthermore, MPG does not retroactively provide refunds to customers who have previously purchased full priced items before a sale/promotion commences. (You cannot return a full priced item to receive a refund for the difference between regular and sale prices.)
Gift With Purchase
During any ‘Gift With Purchase’ promotion, the free item is yours to enjoy, however if you decide to return any of your purchased items, you MUST return the ‘free gift’ as well (return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer), otherwise the full retail value of the ‘free gift’ will be deducted from your refund.
Minimum Purchase Based Thresholds
If you received a discount based on a minimum order requirement (BOGO, $99 minimum etc.) and wish to return items resulting in your order value dropping below the minimum, your purchase will no longer qualify for the discount and the value of your credit/discount will be deducted from your refund.
